- Wheat tortilla: 1 whole medium
- Jumbo Veggie Dog
- Kraft Processed Cheese: 1 slice

- Microwave
- Microwaveable Plate
Directions
- Spread tortilla with cheese.
- Place veggie wiener on one edge and roll up tightly.
- Place on microwaveable plate, seam side down.
- Heat in microwave on medium for 45 to 60 seconds.
- Serve with ketchup and mustard.
- Add side plate of chopped veggies and a glass of milk to balance the lunch.
