- Mango: 1 ripe, peeled and chopped
- Low-fat plain: ½ cup (125 ml) or vanilla yogurt
- Milk: ½ cup (125 ml)
- Honey: Liquid
- Ice: ½ cup (125 ml) cubes

- In blender, on high speed, blend mango, yogurt, milk, honey to taste and ice for 2 minutes or until smooth.
