Ingredients
  • Raspberries: 2 cups (500 ml) fresh or frozen, or blueberries
  • Granulated sugar: ¼ cup (50 ml)
  • Orange juice: ½ cup (125 ml)
  • Ice: 5 cups (1250 ml) ice cubes
Utensils
  • Blender or food processor
  • Bowl
Directions
  1. In food processor or blender, purée raspberries with sugar; strain into bowl to remove seeds.
  2. Stir in orange juice.
  3. In blender, crush ice to make about 4 cups. 
  4. Mound ice into cone shape in each 4 chilled dessert dishes; drizzle withraspberry mixture.
