Ingredients
- Broccoli florets: 1 1/2 cups, blanched (375 mL)
- Black Forest ham: 5 oz, cubed (150 g)
- Swiss cheese: 1 1/4 cups, shredded (300 mL)
- Deep dish pie shell
- Eggs
- Milk: 1 cup (250 mL)
- Ground nutmeg: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: Pinch
- Pepper: Freshly ground to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place pie shell on parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Arrange half of the broccoli, ham and cheese in the bottom of pie shell. Whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper; pour into pie shell. Top with remaining broccoli, ham and cheese. Bake until eggs are set, 45 to 50 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting.
