Ingredients
- Liquid honey: 1/4 cup (60 mL)
- Mint tea bag
- Seedless watermelon: 4 cups, coarsely chopped (1 L)
- Full-fat plain Greek yoghurt: 1 cup (250 mL)
- Whole fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup (60 mL)
Utensils
- Heatproof bowl or jug
- Blender
- Measuring spoons
- Knife
- Pop moulds
Directions
- In large heatproof bowl or jug, combine 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water, honey and tea bag. Steep 5 min. Discard tea bag. Stir mixture to dissolve honey. Set aside.
- In blender, combine watermelon, yoghurt, mint leaves and tea mixture. Process on high until smooth. Pour into pop moulds and freeze 4 hr. until firm or overnight.
