Ingredients
- Slices whole wheat bread
- Margarine: 2 tsp 10 ml
- Basil pesto: 2 tsp 10 ml
- Swiss cheese: 2 slices
- Tomatoes: 1 large | sliced

Directions
1. Spread ½ tsp margarine over two slices of bread. Place bread margarine side down and top each bread slice with ½ tsp pesto, cheese and tomato slices.
2. Spread the remaining margarine over the other 2 slices and top the sandwiches, with margarine side out.
3. Place each sandwich in the frying pan and cook until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
