- Soy beverage: 2 cups 500 ml | fortified, original
- Applesauce: 1 cup 250 ml | Unsweetened
- Oatmeal: 1 package 36 g
- Honey: 1 tbsp 15 ml
- Ground cinnamon: ½ tsp 2 ml
- Ice cubes: 1 cup 250 ml

Directions
1. In a blender, combine soy beverage, applesauce, oatmeal, honey and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Let stand 5 minutes. Add ice and blend until smooth.
