Ingredients
- Canola oil: 1 tsp
- Pepper: 2 cups Pre-cut
- Celery: 2 cups Pre-cut
- Onion: 2 cups Pre-cut
- Slices whole wheat bread: 8
- Cheddar cheese: ¾ cup
- Margarine: 4 tsp
Utensils
- Baking sheet
- Frying pan/skillet
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add spaghetti mix. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Spread ½ tsp margarine over each slice of bread.
- Place four slices of bread, margarine side down, on a non-stick baking sheet.
- Add 3 tbsp grated cheese on top of each slice of bread and then cover with ½ cup cooked vegetables. Top with remaining slice of bread, margarine side-up.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until each side of bread browns, turning half way through
