Ingredients
  • Canola oil: 1 tsp
  • Pepper: 2 cups Pre-cut
  • Celery: 2 cups Pre-cut
  • Onion: 2 cups Pre-cut
  • Slices whole wheat bread: 8
  • Cheddar cheese: ¾ cup
  • Margarine: 4 tsp
Utensils
  • Baking sheet
  • Frying pan/skillet
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add spaghetti mix. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Spread ½ tsp margarine over each slice of bread.
  4. Place four slices of bread, margarine side down, on a non-stick baking sheet.
  5. Add 3 tbsp grated cheese on top of each slice of bread and then cover with ½ cup cooked vegetables. Top with remaining slice of bread, margarine side-up.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until each side of bread browns, turning half way through
