  • Mango: 1 ripe, peeled and chopped
  • Low-fat plain: ½ cup (125 ml) or vanilla yogurt
  • Milk: ½ cup (125 ml)
  • Honey: Liquid
  • Ice: ½ cup (125 ml) cubes

Directions
  1. In blender, on high speed, blend mango, yogurt, milk, honey to taste and ice for 2 minutes or until smooth.
