Ingredients
- Broccoli crowns
- Olive oil: 1/4 cup (60 mL)
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Red finger chili: 1 seeded and finely chopped
- Salt: 1/4 tsp (1 mL)
- Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup grated, divided (60 mL)

- Parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Measuring spoons

- Large platter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange crowns, florets up, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- In small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, chili and salt. Brush over broccoli crowns. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan over top.
- Bake 15 to 18 min. until broccoli crowns are tender-crisp. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan cheese.
