Ingredients
- Cream cheese, room temparature: 8 oz/1 pkg (250 g)
- Sour cream: 1/4 cup (60 mL)
- Sugar: 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp (60 mL plus 15 mL)
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (5 mL)
- Fresh lime zest: 1 tsp (5 mL)
- Small flour tortillas
- Sliced strawberries: 1 cup (250 mL)
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp (5 mL)

Directions
- Beat the cream cheese with the sour cream, ¼ cup (60 mL) sugar, vanilla extract, ½ tsp (2 mL) cinnamon and ½ tsp (2 mL) lime zest until smooth. Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas, covering the lower third of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla roll up like a cigar.
- Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and lime zest in small bowl. Using a sharp knife, cut wraps carefully into quarters and sprinkle with reserved cinnamon-lime sugar to serve.
