Ingredients
  • Watermelon: 1 round slice
  • Dried cherries: 1/3 cup (75 mL)
  • Flaked coconut: 2 tbsp (30 mL)
  • Sliced almonds: 2 tbsp (30 mL)
  • Greek yoghurt, vanilla: 3 tbsp (45 mL)

Directions
  1. Place watermelon round on serving plate. Sprinkle with cherries, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with yoghurt.
  2. Cut watermelon into quarters to serve.
