- Watermelon: 1 round slice
- Dried cherries: 1/3 cup (75 mL)
- Flaked coconut: 2 tbsp (30 mL)
- Sliced almonds: 2 tbsp (30 mL)
- Greek yoghurt, vanilla: 3 tbsp (45 mL)
- Serving plate
- Place watermelon round on serving plate. Sprinkle with cherries, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with yoghurt.
- Cut watermelon into quarters to serve.
