Ingredients
- Cooked chicken: 3 cups, shredded (750 mL)
 - Peanut satay cooking sauce: 1/2 cup (125 mL)
 - Whole wheat flour tortillas
 - Lettuce leaves
 - Red pepper: 1, sliced

Directions
- Place shredded chicken in a bowl and combine with peanut sauce.
 - Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla, top with chicken. Roll or fold tortillas in half.
