Ingredients
  • Cooked chicken: 3 cups, shredded (750 mL)
  • Peanut satay cooking sauce: 1/2 cup (125 mL)
  • Whole wheat flour tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Red pepper: 1, sliced
Utensils
  • Measuring spoons
  • Large bowl
     
Directions
  1. Place shredded chicken in a bowl and combine with peanut sauce.
  2. Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla, top with chicken. Roll or fold tortillas in half.
