  • Light cream cheese: 8 oz (250 ml) softened
  • Light tropical fruit cocktail: 4 oz (125 ml) drained
  • Walnuts: 1 cup (250 ml), chopped

  • Large bowl
  • Cutting board
Directions
  1. Cut tropical fruit into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, fruit, and ½ cup (125 ml) walnuts.
  3. Chill well in refrigerator.
  4. Mold into a ball and roll cheese in remaining ½ cup (125 ml) of nuts.
