Ingredients
- Vanilla yogurt: 1 cup (250 ml) low-fat
- Applesauce: ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened
- Strawberries: 1 cup (250 ml) fresh or frozen unsweetened, mashed
- Strawberries: 2 strawberries cut in half, for garnish (optional)
Utensils
- Clear serving cups or dishes
Directions
- Alternate layers of yogurt, applesauce, and strawberry mash in individual clear serving dishes.
- Top with strawberry halves.
