Ingredients
- Light cream cheese: 8 oz (250 ml) softened
- Light tropical fruit cocktail: 4 oz (125 ml) drained
- Walnuts: 1 cup (250 ml), chopped

Directions
- Cut tropical fruit into smaller pieces.
- Combine softened cream cheese, fruit, and ½ cup (125 ml) walnuts.
- Chill well in refrigerator.
- Mold into a ball and roll cheese in remaining ½ cup (125 ml) of nuts.
