Peanut Butter and Banana Roll-ups

  • Wheat tortilla: 1 whole wrap
  • Peanut butter: 1 tbsp
  • Bananas: 1 cut into thin slices
  • Cinnamon: ¼ tsp
  • Walnuts: 1 tbsp chopped (optional)
  • Knife & cutting board

  1. Spread the peanut butter on the whole tortilla.
  2. Arrange banana slices on tortilla. Leave about ½” inch around the edgeuncovered so it is easy to roll.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon and walnuts on top of the banana slices. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up like a burrito, keeping the seam-side down.
  4. Slice roll into eight ½ inch pieces.
