Ingredients
- Raspberries: 2 cups (500 ml) fresh or frozen, or blueberries
- Granulated sugar: ¼ cup (50 ml)
- Orange juice: ½ cup (125 ml)
- Ice: 5 cups (1250 ml) ice cubes

- Blender or food processor
- Bowl
Directions
- In food processor or blender, purée raspberries with sugar; strain into bowl to remove seeds.
- Stir in orange juice.
- In blender, crush ice to make about 4 cups.
- Mound ice into cone shape in each 4 chilled dessert dishes; drizzle withraspberry mixture.
